Position: Early Years Foundation Teacher
Key Role:
As the Early Years Foundation Stage Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering excellence within our educational community. At Trillium Success Academy, we believe in empowering our educators to make a difference.
Responsibilities include:
- Curriculum planning and implementation
- Child care & supervision
- Class management
- Health & Safety
- Assessment & record keeping
- Ability to create fun colorful and engaging environment for children
- Relevant digital skills in using educational tools for teaching both online and offline
Role Model: Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding teaching practices to all staff.
Class Teaching: Teach students across the Early Years Foundation Stage and hold class teacher responsibility for one class.
Safeguarding: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective implementation of the school's safeguarding policy.
Community Engagement: Actively build relationships with parents and the broader community, including pre-schools and nurseries.
Staffing Coordination: Efficiently manage day-to-day staffing operations within the Foundation Stage.
Accountability: Report directly to the Headteacher.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Education or Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years cognate experience from a reputable school.
Skills and Knowledge:
- High Computer Literacy
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or teaching.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Creativity, patience, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Strong organization and management skills
